I have been here for two injuries-my shoulder and my back. Derek and his staff always took time to not rush my therapy and to explain and show me how and why we were doing one exercise or another. I could feel they cared more about helping me than pushing me down the pipeline. if you hurt yourself and need help I can’t think of a better place to find it.

Dr.Sanchez & Dr.Paez are really good people. The staff is wonderful! They helped me get stronger in my walking after hip replacement. They are compassionate About each client. They helped me in so many ways. They set a plan for my recovery. They sent homework of different exercises to do at home. They are the best when it to physical therapy. I highly recommend them!
I thank them for all that they did to help me get stronger. And they have Christian music playing. Something for your heart & soul! I love these people!

If you want the best physical therapy look no further. From the initial stop at the front desk you're treated with kindness and respect. The Therapist listens and gives you advice and details of your treatment plan making sure you are comfortable with it. To the assistant therapists who works making sure you are doing everything correctly as well as making sure you are comfortable throughout your sessions are kind and helpful treating everyone with dignity and respect they are a great team. I wouldn't hesitate to come back if needed to I would request bio motion

The Team at OPT, is Amazing! Very knowledgeable, very caring. All my treatments have proved beneficial. It had been over a year I wasn't able to bend my right leg, due to several injures, I always has constant swelling. I had no endurance for standing more than 30 mins ,or walking more than 15 mins before the pain and swelling would bother me. After my first couple weeks , I see and feel a hugh difference, I have a ways to go, but am so happy and grateful that I have a Great friendly, caring, very knowledgeable Team working to get me back to enjoying my life again. love it at OPT

I have Osteoarthritis in my knees and fell and hurt myself. My doctor sent me to BioMotion Physical Therapy in Schertz, Texas for treatment. All of the staff and Dr. Derek Sanchez are very professional, friendly and informative. I completed all my sessions and I am not experiencing any pain! I recommend this office to anyone who needs help with pain or injuries. The hours of the office are very good for kids, parents and people who work .

I went in for therapy at Biomotion Physical Therapy in Schertz, and they provided amazing help and service. Dr. Sanchez worked on my shoulder and I am back to working and able to move around without pain thanks to him and his staff. I went to an other therapy clinic in the same area prior to biomotion and they did not help at all. The service was unsatisfying and the help they tried to provide had no results. I recommend Dr. Sanchez and Biomotion Physical Therapy Team in Schertz over 100%.

Bio Motion Physical Therapy in Schertz is an absolutely wonderful place to heal. I have been receiving treatment there for several weeks and the atmosphere and professional care there is exceptional. The facility is clean and first rate. The folks that work there are all friendly and extremely qualified. They provided me with a perfectly tailored exercise regimen to solve my problem. They are extremely flexible and able to adjust exercises as you heal. I have been very impressed with every aspect of their care. I have known Derrick for over 20 years and can honestly say that he is an honorable Christian man whose knowledge of the body certainly surpasses what I thought I knew about the way each muscle works. So with that being said, every time I need physical therapy I automatically go to him. Derrick has sat down with me and discussed his treatment plan and what would be beneficial to my recovery. He is so knowledgeable with the anatomy of the body which he sits me down to explain. I feel very safe in knowing he has my best interest at heart. With that being said, I would like to acknowledge his staff who i love and respect their knowledge as well as showing me the right way to do the exercises that have been laid out for me. I would like to acknowledge Paloma whose kind personality shines every time you walk through the door. I can't say enough good things about his staff. Thank you Avery for being such a drill sergeant and pure delight on Fridays. You make it fun !!

I had been in excruciating pain for over a month. I went to the ER and later to my private doctor only to be treated with pain meds, which did nothing for the cause of the pain. My doctor finally referred me for physical therapy. I went to BioMotion and was seen by Dr. Derek Sanchez. I knew I was in great hands almost immediately! He is so knowledgeable and took a lot of time giving me a thorough assessment. After the first treatment I was already feeling some relief. Lol... I literally called him a "miracle worker"! His staff is excellent and extremely friendly and patient. After just a few weeks of treatment I am feeling great! I wish I would have gone sooner! Life is too short to be in pain. I have had the pleasure of knowing Derek and his employees since I started going to him for physical therapy many years ago when he first started over on Schertz Parkway and have followed him since then. Derek and his staff have shown nothing but professionalism, understanding of my pain and kindness through out my process of healing. I'm a USArmy Wounded Warrior from Iraq 2010, I have been going to biomotion Physical Therapy and the progress has been amazing. At first the exercises didn't feel like I was making any progress but when it was time for my evaluation I had tears of joy. I tend to mess up my form when doing exercises and the staff is quick to correct me. If I could give 10 Stars I would, they are all great. If you need Physical Therapy give Biomotion a chance to get your like back on track. My progress has made a beautiful impact on my ability to play with my children and increased family activities. I have been to BioMotion 3 separate times now and would highly recommend this facility for any physical therapy you would need. I came to them 4 years ago for knee replacement therapy, last year for hip and knee pain, and now for my other knee replacement. The facility is an upbeat place, clean at all times and has christian music playing in the background to greet you. The staff is always so kind and cheerful and is very helpful when you need them. The Physical Therapist are knowledgable and very encouraging. Honestly, I look forward to going 3 days a week and watching my progress. I will always use BioMotion in the future when I need Physical Therapy.

The physical therapist here are by far the best in the business. Experts that you can trust, fantastic staff and elite facilities. I had many options for my son's physical therapy living close to the medical center but I am so glad I chose Biomotion! They truly care about their patients and when you couple that with their vast knowledge... it's a winning combination.

I developed my SI joint injury while deployed to Iraq 7 years ago. When I contacted the military clinic, I was just diagnosed with Sciatic pain and given Motrin. When the pain become unbearable after 7 years and my leg started getting numb more frequently, I was referred to Derek. Within 20 mins of the consultation he was able to cure 7 years of pain. I was able to walk out of his office that day pain free. The facility is an inviting open envoironment; consistantly cleaned and maintained. The surprising part was how the staff remembered each and every customers name, considering the amount of customers they recieve on a daily basis. I was always referred and acknowledge on a first name basis. To be even more astonished, I was surprised to hear that Derek and his staff is available on the weekened if need be. I could not be more pleased with the physical therapy from this establishment.

My daughter was injured during birth, and has been in either PT or OT her whole life. We moved to Texas 8 years ago and it took us some time to find someone that could grow with us, or my daughter I should say. Over the past 4/5 years my daughter has been treated by Dr. Sanchez and his team. He's knowledgeable, professional, and understands the importance of patient care! Pain is real! Don't put a sign labeled HEAL in the background but then undermine a patient's level of pain. You either believe in your process (treatment plan) or you are wasting everyone's time. I initially liked the clinic and the Christian music. However, I don't deal with unprofessionalism and incompetence. The tall thin blonde woman (not Lexi) needs to be coached on how to deal with medial patients and to listen to the patients. We choose where we get care and if it's not working, we will leave. God is with us!! NOTE: Please remove that nasty cockroach from your overhead light.
UPDATE. Changed rating to a 5 Star. 1. The owner took responsibility without blaming the customer. 2. God healed me knee and the staff did show me exercises that assisted with the healing process.

The PT Tech helping you was always previously praised for her good work, professionalism and expertise. She was well trained. We don't know what happened or what the PT Tech your referring to is going through in life as she has not returned to our clinic and will not respond after trying to reach out to her. We feel no matter the case there is no excuse for rudeness or disrespect in anyway. We are here to help people and have been for almost 20 years! We do hope all is well with her but do not know. To address your comment of a roach in our light. I can see why you thought the cricket in our light was a roach. We apologize for that as well. The cricket was removed. Once again mam, we apologize and do work extremely hard in providing a healing atmosphere. To HEAL is a gift from our great king Jesus. I really wish you would have talked to us before putting up your review. I see you have numerous 1 star reviews for many businesses. A 1 star review really does hurt small businesses and families. 10 stars here, 5 isn't good enough! Biomotion is an awesome treatment facility. Derek and his staff have treated several of my injuries with absolute professionalism, love, compassion and kindness. This clinics use of high tech equipment and hands on manual therapy sets it far apart from other facilities. These folk's bend backwards to do what ever you need to heal. I was very blessed to go to this clinic. As an athlete I feel that I have to stay on top of my game and Biomotion will get you there. I have never had that good of medical treatment before. I would give it 10 stars if I could!

I came to BioMotion Physical Therapy for treatment on my right shoulder after being rear-ended in a car accident. From the very beginning, they got me in quickly and took such great care of me. When I first arrived, my pain level was at a 9 and by the end of my therapy sessions, it was down to a 1. The entire team was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. Such a wonderful experience!! Welcoming front desk, calm overall environment. I observed the therapists during my very brief wait and everyone was so engaged with the care they were providing.
My therapist explain my plan of care and treatment plan so I knew what was going on the whole time.

For those living in the Schertz and Cibolo area and are in need of a great Physical Therapist make sure to see BioMotion Physical Therapy. Went to BioMotion Physical Therapy for a neck injury i sustained in an automobile accident. i had very limited range of motion, with so much pain that I was not able to sleep. after several appts, I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I am currently ongoing with my treatments and am looking forward to the results of my hard work and the staff's dedication.
The staff was very patient and professional every appointment that I have had. I highly recommend Bio motion for anyone that needs physical therapy. Thank you for all you do.

This is a Christian based clinic built on integrity and professionalism. They focus on biomechanics of the body to ensure the underlying problem is fixed as opposed to just the symptoms. Derek, Susan and Lauren are extremely knowledgeable PTs (PhD). They are extremely caring and totally focused on patient improvement. The PT assistants are very friendly and responsive in every phase of treatment - they are true pros! This clinic is spotlessly clean (every item is cleaned after use) and well equipped. I have been to several clinics and this is best ever - this is my permanent home for physical therapy in the future. I give this clinic and staff my very highest recommendation!

I have had shoulder and upper back pain since I was 13 years old I am now 41. Derek addressed the problem not the symptoms and fixed me! I can not believe how good I feel. I had to write this man a review. The clinic staff is excellent, sharp and trained like a well oiled machine. I would never go anywhere else. The service is second to none, treatment is excellent. This may be the best medical facility I have ever been to. Best of all is that I feel excellent. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. THIS PLACE IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST MEDICAL FACILITY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.
