I have been here for two injuries-my shoulder and my back. Derek and his staff always took time to not rush my therapy and to explain and show me how and why we were doing one exercise or another. I could feel they cared more about helping me than pushing me down the pipeline. if you hurt yourself and need help I can’t think of a better place to find it.

I had an issue with my right arm in which I was having severe pain when rotating the arm. After consulting with my General Practitioner and being refered for x-rays, I was sent to a Nerve specialist for testing. It was found that I had a pinched nerve in my neck that was radiating pain down my neck, shoulder and into my right hand. My wife had been treated at BioMotion before and with this being one of the closest PT locations to our residence, I made an appointment. I was evaluated by Dr. Sanchez and started therapy the same day. Due to my work schedule I was treated by Susan and Lauren through most of my therapy. All of the staff were friendly, compassionate, and helpful. With my twice a week appointments and the exercises I was given to do at home, I very quickly started to notice a lessening of the pain in my arm, and was able to grip, hold and pick up things like normal. I would highly recommend friends, family and anyone else looking for a PT clinic with staff that cares about their patients and that are willing to work with most any schedule. If the need ever arises I will be returning to BioMotion in the future.

The Team at OPT, is Amazing! Very knowledgeable, very caring. All my treatments have proved beneficial. It had been over a year I wasn't able to bend my right leg, due to several injures, I always has constant swelling. I had no endurance for standing more than 30 mins ,or walking more than 15 mins before the pain and swelling would bother me. I developed my SI joint injury while deployed to Iraq 7 years ago. When I contacted the military clinic, I was just diagnosed with Sciatic pain and given Motrin. When the pain become unbearable after 7 years and my leg started getting numb more frequently, I was referred to Derek. Within 20 mins of the consultation he was able to cure 7 years of pain. I was able to walk out of his office that day pain free. The facility is an inviting open envoironment; consistantly cleaned and maintained. The surprising part was how the staff remembered each and every customers name, considering the amount of customers they recieve on a daily basis. I was always referred and acknowledge on a first name basis. To be even more astonished, I was surprised to hear that Derek and his staff is available on the weekened if need be. I could not be more pleased with the physical therapy from this establishment.

Derek and his staff at BIOMOTION are THE BEST. As an athlete both young and older now I have had my share of injuries and experiences with PT. Derek is by FAR the echelon of PT. The facility is always super clean with top notch equipment. All the staff are very knowledgably and caring. They go above and beyond every time. I have never had such care at any other place. Now my husband has had a recent neck surgery and back surgery and has been going several times a week. He had a triple fusion in his neck and went to therapy several times a week for several months and he has healed wonderfully and we told the neurologist that we believe in the PT at Biomotion help immensely. Now he is having PT for his back surgery and once again is doing fantastic at only 6 weeks post op. Even though Biomotion is further than other places for us, we won't go any where else. 10 stars here, 5 isn't good enough! Biomotion is an awesome treatment facility. Derek and his staff have treated several of my injuries with absolute professionalism, love, compassion and kindness. This clinics use of high tech equipment and hands on manual therapy sets it far apart from other facilities. These folk's bend backwards to do what ever you need to heal. I was very blessed to go to this clinic. As an athlete I feel that I have to stay on top of my game and Biomotion will get you there. I have never had that good of medical treatment before. I would give it 10 stars if I could!

Pain is real! Don't put a sign labeled HEAL in the background but then undermine a patient's level of pain. You either believe in your process (treatment plan) or you are wasting everyone's time. I initially liked the clinic and the Christian music. However, I don't deal with unprofessionalism and incompetence. The tall thin blonde woman (not Lexi) needs to be coached on how to deal with medial patients and to listen to the patients. We choose where we get care and if it's not working, we will leave. God is with us!! NOTE: Please remove that nasty cockroach from your overhead light. UPDATE. Changed rating to a 5 Star. 1. The owner took responsibility without blaming the customer. 2. God healed me knee and the staff did show me exercises that assisted with the healing process.

I can't say enough great things about Derek and his staff over at BioMotion. He and his fantastic staff, to include Amy, Kylie, Shawna and Taylor are all very sweet and helpful, and together, got me on a regimen of exercises that keep my cervical disks from bulging, as well as keep me pain free. As I told them on my final appointment ... for 30 years following a car accident, a simple rain shower would start hurting me a week in advance, and keep me in pain for a week after. We just went through Hurricane Harvey and I haven't had an ounce of physical pain before, during or after. That, in itself, is truly a miracle. Thank you, Derek, and please extend all my thanks to your terrific staff.

He listened carefully, answered all my questions and reminded me of their clinic’s approach. This would be my third time coming back for his help in healing. I have known Derrick for over 20 years and can honestly say that he is an honorable Christian man whose knowledge of the body certainly surpasses what I thought I knew about the way each muscle works. So with that being said, every time I need physical therapy I automatically go to him. Derrick has sat down with me and discussed his treatment plan and what would be beneficial to my recovery. BioMotion fixed me up!!! I had been struggling with "golfer's elbow" for 6 months plus, and there was no end in sight. It got so bad that I even struggled shaking people's hands. I tried many different treatments and spent a lot of money with nothing really helping. Some things bought me some time, but the tendonitis always came back. I stopped by BioMotion's clinic to ask if they might be able to help and they brought me back immediately. They diagnoswd the problem, and then the following week I started my path to recovery. This is a Christian based clinic built on integrity and professionalism. They focus on biomechanics of the body to ensure the underlying problem is fixed as opposed to just the symptoms. At first the exercises didn't feel like I was making any progress but when it was time for my evaluation I had tears of joy.
