I have been here for two injuries-my shoulder and my back. Derek and his staff always took time to not rush my therapy and to explain and show me how and why we were doing one exercise or another. I could feel they cared more about helping me than pushing me down the pipeline. if you hurt yourself and need help I can’t think of a better place to find it.

Went to BioMotion Physical Therapy for a neck injury i sustained in an automobile accident. i had very limited range of motion, with so much pain that I was not able to sleep. after several appts, I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I am a disabled veteran who experienced multiple surgeries dating back to 1979. I received physical therapy at three different locations overseas as well as within the US. However my most recent physical therapy experiences (2014, 2016 and 2018) with BioMotion Physical Therapy was without question the best! My last three surgeries were total knee replacements on both knees and a knee replacement revision. Dr. Sanchez and his entire team were very professional and extremely knowledgeable, which made all of my sessions pleasant and productive. From the receptionist, to the P.T. I am a two sport athlete at Westlake high school in Austin, Texas. We are the defending state champs in Texas 6A football and we’re ranked 11th nationally in baseball. I was the starting short stop of the baseball team and couldn’t have gotten to where I was without the help of Biomotion, and doctor Sanchez. I had been dealing with back pain for a couple of months and went to many different physical therapy places and none could get me back to where I am now, except Biomotion. Excellent service and most down to earth people who really want to help you.

I have been to BioMotion 3 separate times now and would highly recommend this facility for any physical therapy you would need. I came to them 4 years ago for knee replacement therapy, last year for hip and knee pain, and now for my other knee replacement. The facility is an upbeat place, clean at all times and has christian music playing in the background to greet you. The staff is always so kind and cheerful and is very helpful when you need them. The Physical Therapist are knowledgable and very encouraging. Honestly, I look forward to going 3 days a week and watching my progress. I will always use BioMotion in the future when I need Physical Therapy.

I had been in excruciating pain for over a month. I went to the ER and later to my private doctor only to be treated with pain meds, which did nothing for the cause of the pain. My doctor finally referred me for physical therapy. I went to BioMotion and was seen by Dr. Derek Sanchez. I knew I was in great hands almost immediately! He is so knowledgeable and took a lot of time giving me a thorough assessment. After the first treatment I was already feeling some relief. Lol... I literally called him a "miracle worker"! His staff is excellent and extremely friendly and patient. After just a few weeks of treatment I am feeling great! I wish I would have gone sooner! Life is too short to be in pain. My first experience with Derek Sanchez as my physical therapist was in 2009. During my therapy (which helped) I told him about my daughter who was recovering from a bad car wreck which resulted in a spinal fusion and a 6 week stay in the hospital. She was a few months down the road from that but still struggling. He really thought he could help so I arranged for her to have therapy at Biomotion. Derek saw her and helped her improve to the point that she could endure the rigors of nursing school. She did great and graduated at the top of her class. She is still doing great and has three active sons. I have also seen other therapists at Biomotion over the years with positive results. I just finished treatment with Dr Sanchez for an arthritic hip. My hip pain was keeping me up at night and prevented me from doing things I wanted to do. When I came in I basically said, I’m here so my PCM can check the box to send me to orthopedics so I can have a hip replacement. He said his job was to get me better so I didn’t need surgery. Well, he did, I’m doing very well and surgery is not in the foreseeable future. I give BIomotion my highest recommendation.

Pain is real! Don't put a sign labeled HEAL in the background but then undermine a patient's level of pain. You either believe in your process (treatment plan) or you are wasting everyone's time. I initially liked the clinic and the Christian music. However, I don't deal with unprofessionalism and incompetence. The tall thin blonde woman (not Lexi) needs to be coached on how to deal with medial patients and to listen to the patients. We choose where we get care and if it's not working, we will leave. God is with us!! NOTE: Please remove that nasty cockroach from your overhead light. UPDATE. Changed rating to a 5 Star. 1. The owner took responsibility without blaming the customer. 2. God healed me knee and the staff did show me exercises that assisted with the healing process.

PLZ READ RIGHT THIS INSTANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had a headache and we have tried everything but then my father suggested this place. For short this was my best experience ever. For starters I was real nervous but they made me feel at home. One of the doctors Mr. Derek( I think that’s his name) fixed my headache in just one pop and it didn’t even hurt! I was pain free the rest of my life. It was truly amazing and a great experience I recommend this place BYE!!!

Went to BioMotion for a shoulder injury. The pain was excruciating I thought I needed surgery. Derek provided a quick analysis and informed me on what it was and what I needed to do. I developed my SI joint injury while deployed to Iraq 7 years ago. When I contacted the military clinic, I was just diagnosed with Sciatic pain and given Motrin. When the pain become unbearable after 7 years and my leg started getting numb more frequently, I was referred to Derek. Within 20 mins of the consultation he was able to cure 7 years of pain. I was able to walk out of his office that day pain free. The facility is an inviting open envoironment; consistantly cleaned and maintained. The Therapist listens and gives you advice and details of your treatment plan making sure you are comfortable with it. To the assistant therapists who works making sure you are doing everything correctly as well as making sure you are comfortable throughout your sessions are kind and helpful treating everyone with dignity and respect they are a great team. I can't say enough great things about Derek and his staff over at BioMotion. He and his fantastic staff, to include Amy, Kylie, Shawna and Taylor are all very sweet and helpful, and together, got me on a regimen of exercises that keep my cervical disks from bulging, as well as keep me pain free. As I told them on my final appointment ... for 30 years following a car accident, a simple rain shower would start hurting me a week in advance, and keep me in pain for a week after. We just went through Hurricane Harvey and I haven't had an ounce of physical pain before, during or after. That, in itself, is truly a miracle. 10 stars here, 5 isn't good enough! Biomotion is an awesome treatment facility. Derek and his staff have treated several of my injuries with absolute professionalism, love, compassion and kindness. This clinics use of high tech equipment and hands on manual therapy sets it far apart from other facilities. These folk's bend backwards to do what ever you need to heal. I was very blessed to go to this clinic. As an athlete I feel that I have to stay on top of my game and Biomotion will get you there. I have never had that good of medical treatment before. I would give it 10 stars if I could!
